Honu Worldwide Refund Policy

This Honu Worldwide Refund Policy (the “Policy”) outlines our policies and procedures regarding refunds for the Honu Worldwide services.  This Policy is an integral part of our Terms of Service (the “Terms”) and is incorporated by reference therein. The Policy and the Terms should be read and interpreted in conjunction. The capitalized terms used but not defined in this Policy have the meanings attributed to them in the Terms.

Our commitment

We strive to provide the Services of the best quality. We also respect consumer rights and comply with the applicable consumer protection laws. If you would like to cancel the Services for any reason, please read this Policy carefully. Your statutory rights will not be affected by the Policy.

Cancelling Services

If you have paid for our Sourcing service or our Tariff Terminator service and are not satisfied with the results, please send an email to info@honuworldwide.com requesting a refund and the reason for the refund.  We will review your request and decide based on the details of your request.

For our other services; Inspection, Shipping, Trademark, and Warehousing, if we have already incurred an expense from a vendor who helped us provide these services, we will not be able to issue you a refund.

For the product purchases, once the order has been placed with the supplier we will not be able to issue you a refund.
